I am so glad you are here! If you are wanting to know a bit about me and what I do, interested in setting up an appointment, or curious about the therapeutic process, let's talk.

I work with individuals, families, and couples from a variety of backgrounds and cultural experiences. I believe that we are best understood within the context of our relationships. Through our relationships with others we might experience heartache and anxiety but can also experience happiness, joy, peace, and healing. Together with my clients, we look at family relationships, behavioral patterns, and effective communication, to move forward and enhance our relationships with others. If you are struggling with anxiety and depression, experiencing mistrust, or looking to reclaim your voice through healthy boundaries, I hope to provide you with the skills and confidence to reach your goals.

I’ve turned this passion of mine into a lifelong profession and I whole heartedly love what I do. I am an LPCC-S and an LCADC in Kentucky. lf I am not at work, you will find me spending time with my husband & pug, reading a book, siping a large coffee, or playing softball.

Hi! I'm Chelsea.

CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and solution focused treatment are a few of the evidenced-based practices and therapeutic techniques I employ during my sessions.

I am Level 1 certified in the Gottman Method and work with families & couples within this framework which states, couples must become better friends, learn to manage conflict, and create ways to support each other's hopes for the future.
