I offer a holistic approach to treatment, meaning I evaluate the client as a whole, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, rather than simply treating a diagnosis. Experiencing imbalance in just one of these areas can negatively impact our lives.
Through a variety of therapeutic approaches, I work to incorporate daily principles of healthy nutrition, sleep, and exercise into my client’s lives to not only manage symptoms but improve overall wellbeing and happiness. A holistic approach to healing can lead to symptom reduction as well as a greater self-awareness, self-acceptance and improved self-esteem for the client.
